Please follow these steps below;

1- Deactivate and delete "Pe Core" and "Cygni Elementor Extension" plugins.

2- Navigate "Appearance > Install Plugins" on your admin dashboard.

3- Install and activate "Pe Core" and "Cygni Elementor Extension" plugins again.

So the updated versions will be installed.
